Have an income-producing property you want us to consider? We look forward to receiving proposals that include a full property description: unit breakdown, square footage, asking market rents, amenities list, acreage and parking ratio [where applicable]. Please also include detailed operating statements for the year-to-date, the previous year-end operating statement, the current rent roll and tax bill, a location map, color photographs, and market information with sales and rental comps.
